My experience with using Twitter in this class so far have been good. I usually try to post twice a week and reply to things that I agree on or want to express my idea on. Some things that I have learned so far from using Twitter is that some educators are finding Skype Classroom to be a fun and good tool to use with the class. I have also learned 4 different ways to use Google Forms as a teacher. You can create assessments, create rubrics, collect web-based assignments, and soliciting feedback from parents and students. The benefits of using Twitter is seeing what your other classmates have to say about technology in education. So far I am not experiencing any issues while using Twitter.

After working on the assignment Web Page Design, some skills that I feel I have picked up are being able to use Weebly and being able to create a website. I liked that I now have a concept of how to create a website and what information I could put on it that is beneficial. Before I did not know what kinda stuff usually went on a website for parents and students, but now I have a better understanding. The one thing I didn't like about the assignment was trying to figure out Weebly, but once I understood it I was able to work on my website. I can improve it next time by going through a tutorial before I begin creating it. In the future I may create a website for the parents and students to reference  because after doing this assignment I believe it is a very good place to find information.

After working with Diigo, some skills that I have learned is how I can bookmark a page and share it with a group. I have also learned how to annotate the page that I am on, along with adding comments and sticky notes to it. Diigo can be useful in my classroom because if students find a page they like they can bookmark it and share it with the class, then the class can comment on it. It can be useful with team members because if we ever need to share something with each other that is relevant to what we are teaching, we can share it on Diigo. It can be useful for my individual professional efforts because if I find something that I would like to bookmark and highlight I can do it on Diigo.
